Recruiter (Healthcare)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter in Quito, Ecuador, to support recruitment across nursing, allied health, and other healthcare specialties. This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and placement of qualified healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate has strong healthcare recruiting experience, excellent candidate relationship management skills, and a proven ability to fill permanent positions in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the recruitment process for healthcare positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage qualified healthcare professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Candidate Screening: Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and evaluate candidates for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions.
Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain candidate pipelines across nursing, allied health, and other healthcare specialties.
Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, offers, and hiring activities.
Candidate Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals to support engagement and successful placements.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a staffing agency or recruitment environment required.
Industry Knowledge: Experience recruiting for permanent and/or temporary healthcare positions, including nursing, allied health, or other clinical specialties, strongly preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and candidate sourcing platforms required.
Skills & Attributes: Strong sourcing, interviewing, relationship management, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
