The role
We are looking for Analysts to join our advisory team. The Analyst’s job is to deliver flawless work on everything that leaves the firm (models, presentations, research and memos) and to make our senior bankers faster, more accurate and more credible. You will work on sell-side, buy-side and capital raise advisory mandates across a range of sectors, with real responsibility from your first week and direct contact with the firm’s partners.

The role
We are looking for Analysts to join our advisory team. The Analyst’s job is to deliver flawless work on everything that leaves the firm (models, presentations, research and memos) and to make our senior bankers faster, more accurate and more credible. You will work on sell-side, buy-side and capital raise advisory mandates across a range of sectors, with real responsibility from your first week and direct contact with the firm’s partners.
What You Will Do
- Build, audit and refine financial models (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions and basic LBO) across multiple live mandates
- Produce presentations, teasers, CIM sections and research to the firm’s analytical and formatting standards
- Run deal research on buyers, targets, comparable transactions and sector dynamics using FactSet, Bloomberg, PitchBook and Capital IQ
- Develop a working command of Latin American M&A, including country risk premia, FX considerations and how multiples compare with US and European benchmarks
- Send the deal team a short synthesis after every client call you join: what was said, what changed and what comes next
- A strong academic record in finance, economics, business or a related field
- Advanced Excel and a conceptual grasp of valuation: when to use each methodology and what its output tells you
- Care in building and polishing presentations and written documents
- Responsiveness as a default, and the habit of raising a problem early rather than working around it
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Based in a time zone between UTC-3 and UTC-6
- Internship experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting or a related field
- Familiarity with Latin American and Caribbean markets
- Interest in infrastructure, consumer & retail, TMT, financial services or industrials
- Direct work with the firm’s partners on live and cross-border transactions
- More ownership of the work, earlier, than a larger platform offers
- A defined path to Senior Analyst after one year of strong performance

- Reference checks, and in some cases a final conversation with a second partner
