BILINGUAL CALL CENTER MEDICAL AGENT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - OFFICE GYE

In this position you will assist customers in a clinical- medical setting. Your tasks may include handling patient intake, patients files, booking appointments, and any queries or concerns customers may have. You will support US team being part of ACC job team,

Have an educational background in the medical field would be a huge plus, as would having experience in customer service positions. You also need to be someone who is experienced in handling handling requests in English.

WEDNESDAY TO SUNDAY 13 00 PM - 22 00 PM (INCLUDE TRANSPORT ALLOWANCE) DAYS OFF MONDAY - TUESDAY

WEDNESDAY TO SUNDAY 08 00 AM - 17 00 PM - DAYS OFF MONDAY - TUESDAY

MONDAY TO FRIDAY 10 00 AM - 19 00 PM - WEEKENDS OFF


Requisitos


Advanced English Proficiency (B2-C1)

Strong verbal, written, and interpreter communication skills

Previous experience as interpreter or medical - insurances customer service executive
