JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Develop and implement integrations between D365 CE and external systems.
- Work on enhancements and optimizations within the current CE platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure integration requirements are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to D365 CE.
- Follow best practices in Dynamics 365 CE development and integration methodologies.
- Senior-level experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement).
- Strong expertise in creating integrations between D365 CE and external applications.
- Proficiency in Power Platform, Dataverse, APIs, and Azure services.
- Experience with Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and custom plugins.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results within a limited timeframe.
- Experience with Azure Functions, Service Bus, or Event Grid for integrations.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for D365 deployments.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Initiative and drive to do great things.
