We're seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer in Ecuador to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

Summary

We are looking for a skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. This role will work on impactful projects, managing machine learning models in production environments. This is an excellent opportunity for hands-on professionals eager to grow their experience in data engineering, ML pipelines, and GenAI solutions.

You Will

• Design and implement scalable and secure data pipelines to support ML model training and production workflows.
• Lead the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of ML models in production environments.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate GenAI solutions into client data platforms and applications.
• Mentor and guide junior Data Engineers and Consultants.
• Ensure best practices in data engineering, security, and ML model operations.
• Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and technical accelerators.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering and Machine Learning Operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Python for data pipelines, APIs, and ML operations.
• Strong experience with ML model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI solutions or frameworks.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers or consultants.
