This position works out of our Quito location in the Nutrition Division.

Job Purpose

The Marketing Analyst is the right hand of the brand manager, ensures the efficient execution of brand plans to meet future brand expectations and targets, ensuring brand integrity by guiding efforts across multiple channels, source of growth (DTC, HCP, Trade, Digital) and functions. The role entails the management of media campaigns from the beginning to the end and is also responsible for the execution across all media channels inclusive of TV, Radio, Digital, Print, and Paid. Responsible for the development of the HCP Marketing strategies, implementation of programs and materials that promote a greater knowledge regarding nutrition, strengthen Abbott Nutrition’s position as preferred ally to KOLs, Health Care Professionals (HCPs), scientific associations, hospitals, and other groups of interest.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the brand manager in the design, development, and execution of the market plan and new products for the portfolio.
  • Support planning, control, and execution of brand marketing strategies through the implementation and execution of the brand plan and optimal budget execution
  • Analysis and control of brand investment and its optimal execution in advertising, sales support, sampling according to investment plan
  • Support development, design, approvals (internal Pepper Flow and external MOH by country) or all type of consumer and HCP materials. Work close with brand manager, agencies, regulatory and medical area to assure material are according to brand strategies
  • Assure marketing programs implementation supporting internal and external teams (co-marketing, ANI sales force)
  • Analysis and identification of opportunities in the development of new brand territories and assure optimal execution and monitoring of aggressive communication campaigns and tactical strategies ATL and BTL (including POS)
  • Deeply understand sales impact factors and monitoring of sales and margin results
  • Analysis and control of metrics and results of campaigns (TV, digital, media) to understand return of investment and effectiveness
  • Constant monitoring and analysis of competition activities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Years of experience, both overall and any industry-specific experience needed: At least 2 years of experience in marketing and/or commercial areas. Roles such as Market Specialist, Brand Coordinator or Brand Assistant.
  • Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook Office 365
