- Manage prequalification processes for new and existing DFM clients.
- Monitor and respond to opportunity requests via email, phone, and website.
- Log, track, and follow up on proposals and outreach activity using Salesforce.
- Set up new opportunities in the system and notify internal directors for proposal development.
- Conduct cold outreach and follow-ups on outstanding proposals.
- Coordinate and lead scope review calls/meetings with potential clients.
- Share insights and opportunity details with internal teams via Salesforce.
- Maintain accurate records of communication and client interactions.
- 3+ years of experience in the AEC industry (Architecture, Engineering, or Construction).
- 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- High proficiency in verbal and written English communication (a writing sample may be requested).
- Experience in a client-facing, administrative, or business development role.
- Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
- Previous work experience with U.S.-based clients is highly preferred.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Required: Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams
- Preferred: Salesforce CRM
