Technical Lead

We’re currently looking for a Technical Lead (Software Development) for Transactional Switch projects.

What will you do?

• Lead and coordinate the technical team
• Ensure development quality and compliance with technological standards.
  
  

What do you need?

• English proficiency (B1 level).
• Experience with Transactional Switch proyects
• Strong understanding of software architecture (microservices, serverless, modular monoliths).
• Experience with design patterns (Factory, Singleton, CQRS, etc.), TDD/BDD, SOLID principles, and Clean Code.
• Advanced Git usage, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).
• Full-stack development expertise, relational and non-relational databases, application security (OWASP, JWT, OAuth2).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Nice to have: experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and data pipelines (Apache Airflow).
