This role is responsible for managing and expanding key accounts, particularly in the hardware, industrial, and construction sectors. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with key accounts in the hardware, industrial, and construction sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities and execute strategies to expand market share.
- Conduct regular meetings with key clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional agreements with distributors and retailers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify potential growth areas.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure efficient product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to enhance brand presence.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing reports and recommendations to management.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and account management within the hardware, industrial, or construction sector.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
- Availability to travel within Guatemala as needed.
