Job Description

  • Elaborate, present and follow up on study proposals, in order to achieve goals.
  • Maintain a direct relationship with the main clients, promoting and closing sales.
  • To take care of the relationship and satisfaction of the clients.
  • Plan the execution of the different projects of the area.
  • To procure the human and material resources for the execution of the projects.
  • Analyze the information gathered during the study and prepare the report and conclusions to present to the client.
  • To understand the needs and expectations of the client in relation to the study to be developed.
  • Efficiently and effectively manage the different techniques of qualitative studies, such as focus groups, interviews, observation.
  • Elaborate the evaluation instrument and all the necessary materials for the study (e.g., guideline guide).
  • Coordinate with all those involved in the study, the fulfillment of the activities according to the established procedures.
